Enrolled Case Updates — Canine Canine Personalized mRNA Immunotherapy Study Progress
Study in progress; case updates will be published when data matures and with owner authorization
The canine personalized mRNA immunotherapy IIT study is ongoing: enrollment evaluation and sample collection now cover multiple cities, and the first enrolled dog has entered the immunotherapy phase. Individual case details will be published at an appropriate time — once data matures and with each owner's authorization.
Why we are not publishing case details yet
Research value lies in rigor, not in being first to announce:
- Data collected during an ongoing study does not constitute efficacy evaluation — the first dose is the starting point of follow-up, not a conclusion
- Every dog's cancer type, disease course, and response differ; publishing single snapshots too early invites misunderstanding
- Case information is disclosed only with each owner's authorization, and we respect every family's decision
What will be published in due course
- Basic case information (breed / city / cancer type / treatment stage) — limited to owner-authorized content
- Research progress and standardized process milestones
- Academic outputs (de-identified data with owner authorization; participating doctors co-author publications)
Individual cases do not represent general results. For your own dog's situation, rely on your veterinarian's assessment.
Participating in the study
To learn about this path for your dog with cancer: add WeChat petcura to contact the PETcura team, or start with the eligibility self-check. Whether your dog is eligible is assessed by the attending veterinarian based on pathology, health status, and sample quality — enrollment and efficacy are not guaranteed.
